5 generations have succeeded one another at the Hotel du Commerce since 1883. Samuel Oger, the Chef, has a talent forged on the stoves, an apprenticeship reinforced by family tradition and by various experiences in great addresses such as "Aux Armes de Bretagne" (1 Michelin star) and at the restaurant "Faugeron" (2 Michelin stars).
Rewarded by 3 casseroles and member of the elitist association of the Master restaurateurs, the Chef imagined a gourmet and inventive cuisine which accords a rightful place to noble market produce : a rigourous selection from the best local producers.
Whether it is for a family lunch, a romantic dinner or a meal with friends, the Hotel du Commerce proposes 5 different styles :

- The small room with outside terrace and view on the garden
- The grill room
- The large dining room
- The private lounge with view over the garden
The Hotel du Commerce also proposes a take-away service to enable you to present a meal at home just as if you were in the restaurant.
